5. Non-personal information collected automatically
When you access the BCW Websites, information that is not personally-identifiable (e.g. type of internet browser and computer operating system used; domain name of the website from which you came; number of visits, average time spent, pages viewed) may be collected automatically (i.e. not by registration). BCW and its worldwide subsidiaries use this information to measure the attractiveness of the BCW Websites and improve their performance and content.
6. "Cookies" – information placed automatically on your computer
When you view one of the BCW Websites, BCW may store some information on your computer in the form of a "cookie" to automatically recognize you the next time you visit. 10. Web analysis
In order to constantly improve and optimise our offer, we use so-called tracking technologies. To this end, we use the Google Analytics and Webtrekk services.
Any collection and saving of data by Webtrekk can be objected at any time with future effect. Please access the following link to this end. Please exclude me from being tracked by Webtrekk! Once you have acknowledged this link, a so-called opt-out-cookie is set on your data carrier. The validity period of this cookie is 5 years. 11. Google reCAPTCHA
We use the Google reCAPTCHA service, which protects our website from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA prevents automated software (known as bots) from engaging in abusive activities on the website. It does so by checking whether the inputs being made are actually being made by a human. To enable this process, the following details are collected and processed:
Google also reads the cookies of other Google services such as Gmail, Search and Analytics. All the above details are sent to Google in encrypted form. Google’s subsequent analyses determines the form in which the captcha is displayed on the page - either in a checkbox or as a text input. Personal details from the input fields of the relevant form are not exported or stored.

It goes without saying that we treat the information you entrust with us for our online survey responsibly and in consideration of all applicable requirements of data protection law. 13.1 For what purpose does this online survey record your answers and how are they processed?
Your answers to the survey are stored, processed and used by us only in anonymous form for the following purposes:
Your answers are recorded anonymously and processed only in this form so that it is not possible to draw conclusions about individuals or to identify you personally or other participants in the survey. We assure you that no unauthorized third parties can have access to your answers during the entire process of collection, processing and use of your data.
13.2 What technical access data is processed in the survey and for what purpose?
Under the Internet functionality, data is transmitted to a web server each time a webpage is called up by your browser. This includes, for example, information on the software used (including browser and operating system), the use of a website (including the name of the domain or page visited, start, and duration of the visit), as well as the IP number that was permanently or temporarily assigned to your computer by the network operator.
We do not store any IP numbers
If IP numbers are stored, they can enable the subsequent correlation of information concerning the computer of an internet user under certain circumstances. That is why IP addresses for this survey are generally not recorded, not even temporarily or partially.
For our internet survey, we use so-called "http cookies" or small text files that are saved through your browser to your computer. "Flash cookies" are not used for the survey.
The survey cookie is written from the domain "myaudience.de" and stores the number of invitations to the survey and completion of an interview issued to you for twelve months. The recording and readout of this information serves the sole purpose of not inviting you too frequently and not to survey you repeatedly.
In addition, our survey uses so-called "session cookies" which are deleted automatically after the browser is closed. Their purpose is to guarantee the technical processing of the survey.
We do not store information you have provided for the survey in any cookie. We do not use the cookie information to produce movement or use profiles.
